The apartment we booked was in unacceptable condition, with a very strong unbearable smell and poor cleanliness standards. We immediately requested another option, but no real alternative was provided. Instead, we were asked to stay in the apartment for another day while they “worked on it,” which was completely unreasonable given the condition of the unit. We left within less than one hour and requested a refund, but the request was refused despite clear evidence and acknowledgment from the property manager. The smell was so bad that i threw up 2 times in the hour before i left. There are much better options in the area. Unfortunately, I went for the cheaper price this time — my mistake. Better quality control and stronger guest protection are seriously needed.
