Positive: Beshoy Eskarous was very kind and nice to us. He was patient and very service 🙏 we will definitely back to this hotel with all the family ♥️ Negative: Neer to the room it was a very bad smell.. and we thought that we have a breakfast included.

Herşey mükemmeldi Positive: The hotel is in a central location, almost within walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The magnificent pool on the 64th floor takes you on a journey in the sky. The apartments are wonderful, offering the comfort of a home and having everything you need. We would like to thank Mr. Beshoy, who helped us with everything throughout our stay, and also the friendly, slim lady at the reception whose name I can’t remember — thank you for your kindness and attention. We would love to stay here again
