generalnie jestem zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu Positive: Dostęp do plaży, przestronny i bardzo wygodny apartament, piękny taras Negative: brak możliwości wniesienia na plaże nic do picia i nic do jedzenia, trzeba wszystko zakupić u nich na plaży a ceny wiadomo srogie, na górny basen nie mogą wejść dzieci (a basen całkiem fajny, cisza, spokój) a na dolnym basenie lepiej, żeby nie były i nie oglądały - ciągła impreza w basenie z alkoholem

Viel erg tegen, zeker tegen de prijs waarvoor wij betaald hebben! Positive: De ligging direct aan het strand. Ruim appartement. Negative: Schimmel in de badkamers (door slechte ventilatie), veel te kleine derde slaapkamer zonder raam, ontbreken van allerlei keukengerei, kinderen niet welkom in het zwembad, na 14:00 uur harde muziek bij het zwembad, het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt, de airconditioning in de tweede slaapkamer werkt niet goed en een lekkage in het plafond in de keuken.

Positive: It was amazing because we got access to all the five palm hotels facilities, big apartment. No cleaning rooms but still good service.

Positive: Location within the Five is the best part. Negative: Sadly, and in line with other reviews, the apartment falls well short of expectations. While it is located within the FIVE complex, it is important to understand that it does not meet the same standard as the FIVE Hotel itself. If the hotel is truly five-star, the apartment is closer to a three-star experience at best. There is a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. The shower drains do not function properly, likely due to blockages, causing water to overflow into the bathrooms. Mould is also present in multiple areas and appears to have been left unaddressed, despite being something that could easily be remedied with proper cleaning. Although the apartment is advertised as a three-bedroom, this is misleading. The room with the two bunk beds is effectively unusable: there are no blinds, so the room is flooded with light, and the shower in that bathroom does not work. As a result, the apartment does not realistically function as a three-bedroom space. The overall cleanliness was also poor. The floors were dirty on arrival, with hair visible as soon as we walked in. In summary, while staying here does provide access to the FIVE’s bars, restaurants, and pool facilities, the apartment itself is nowhere near the same standard and does not reflect the quality one would expect from a FIVE-branded property.
