Positive: Unfortunately, only the location.
Negative: Everything. The apartment was very dirty, mould in the bathrooms. We also found a used condom under the bed. Things kept breaking - we had 2 days of no hot water for 2 bathrooms. Electricity also tripped so we had half a day of no electricity. We had maintenance coming every day to fix things but this was a huge inconvenience. The washing dryers also didnt work. The apartment was unpleasant and an absolute waste of money. We hired a 3 bedroom with maid room, and a 2 bedroom.
