Designer Living Apt - Infinity Pool I Burj Khalifa

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location in Dubai. Negative: I am not confident that the receptionist demonstrated an understanding of customer service or basic humanity. Our early arrival was clearly communicated prior to our departure from South Africa. Despite this, upon arriving in the early hours, we were informed of a half day charge even though the full amount had already been paid in advance. As a paid guests who had travelled a long distance, we should have been attended to immediately and taken to our room while discussions around the half day charge were handled professionally. Instead, we were left seated at reception for approximately one and a half hours on a cold morning without proper assistance or communication. Despite clearly communicating that we were already running late for the seminar we were scheduled to attend, there was no sense of urgency or concern shown. I am uncertain whether this experience was influenced by discrimination; however, the treatment we received was unacceptable. As a result, I will not consider booking the same hotel again. Although Mr Beshoy attempted to resolve the matter later, the damage had already been done. Mr Berg and the rest of the reception team showed little regard for the fact that we had travelled all the way from South Africa and were left waiting without care or empathy. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer service.

I enjoyed the apartment is amazing but the management should find better cleaners Positive: The location and the property is amazing The host was amazing and very supportive Negative: - cleaners are not doing justice to the property, the shower was not properly cleaned, they didn't clean the oven and we spotted small cockroaches on the kitchen sink - our apartment had no burj view as we had expected -
